The Role
- Over 12 years of experience in the software industry
- Hands-on experience in Java and React full-stack development
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions
- Extensive experience with AWS and Azure Cloud technologies
- Proficient in integrating systems both inside and outside of the organization
- Successfully implemented microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL technologies
- Expertise in architectural patterns for high availability, performance, and scale-out architecture
- Skilled in database design, query, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to think productively and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to solve complex business and technology problems
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Familiar with Agile-Scrum methodology and experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and third-party vendors
- Hands-on experience in machine learning (ML) is an added advantage
