We are seeking a skilled Jaspersoft Report Developer to support the development and integration of reports against our new Core system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data reporting, experience with JasperReports tools, and a solid foundation in SQL and Java-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Jaspersoft Studio and JasperReports Server.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Integrate reports with backend systems using Java, XML, and JSON.
Optimize SQL queries and report performance to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and data visualization.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in data reporting or business intelligence roles.
Proficient in SQL with strong understanding of relational databases.
Hands-on experience with JasperReports, including Jaspersoft Studio and JasperReports Server.
Solid programming skills in Java, with experience using XML and JSON for data integration and customization.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in agile development environments.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Prior experience integrating reports with enterprise applications or Core systems.
