POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking three highly skilled professionals to join our Partner Documentation team. The ideal candidates will have experience in technical writing, Machine Translation Post-Editing, and localization with a focus on user experience (UX) and KYC. Partner documentation is addressed to podcasters and artists who are uploading their podcasts to our client's app. They need to buy a license, and a user guide is attached to the package.

Project Details:

Job Title: English into Japanese Partner Documentation Localization Expert

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

Content Type: Marketing, Product, Support

Expected Capacity: 1000 to 2000 words per day

Expected availability: 6 hours per day, 5 days per week (30 hours per week)

Employment Type: Freelance

Key Responsibilities

Translate and localize partner documentation ensuring cultural relevance and contextual accuracy.
Adapt content to suit the linguistic and cultural nuances of the target audience while maintaining the original message and tone.
Review and edit translated content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Ensure adherence to industry-specific terminology and style guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest trends, news, and developments in UX and KYC.
Provide insights and expertise on UX and KYC-related topics to inform content creation and strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Technical Writing, or a related field.
Proven experience in translation and localization, focusing on technical writing and MTPE.
Background in UX and KYC processes.
Proficiency in English and Japanese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both.
Familiarity with translation software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and accuracy.
Effective organizational and time-management skills.
