Product Supply Transformationにおいて、Governance・Strategy・Executionに関する各種業務を担当し、定義された業務範囲において課題を特定し、改善提案及び遂行を行うことで、意思決定及び実行の質向上に貢献する。
【成果責任・役割責任】
- データ収集・分析、資料作成などのタスクを正確に遂行する
- KPIデータ更新、進捗管理資料、会議資料の作成を上位からの方針に基づいて主体的・自律的に遂行する
- 需要・Capacity・PJ進捗などのデータ統合および整理を行い、課題の可視化に貢献する
- PSNS戦略および実行計画の作成において、分析・資料作成を通じて貢献する
- BCE関連のデータ整理および資料作成を主体的に遂行する
- 業務遂行を通じて課題を特定し、改善提案を行う
- 定義された業務範囲において、期限および品質を担保し業務を遂行する
- データ分析および資料作成の基礎スキル
