Job Description
1. Plans, directs, and coordinates marketing programs and initiatives targeting the Pharma and Biopharma segments to drive funnel generation, acquire new customers, nurture existing ones, and support sales.
2. Carries significant responsibility for marketing activities related to Liquid Chromatography (LC), requiring strategic planning and execution of marketing work across both the Pharma/Biopharma segments and the LC product line, in the capacity of the Pharma/Biopharma and LC MPM (Marketing Program Manager).
3. Localizes global marketing programs and develops targeted campaigns based on customer needs and market insights.
4. Develops and executes marketing tactics and customer communications, while consolidating and sharing key business and market data to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
5. Collaborates with regional management to align sales and marketing strategies, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
6. Experience in analytical instruments, life sciences, or the Pharma/Biopharma industry is preferred.
Key Success Metrics: Marketing activity ROI, demand generation funnel performance, lead volume and acceptance rate, new customer acquisition, and conversion rate.
QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in marketing, business development, or strategic roles.
Other Key Competencies & Attributes: Proactive and self-driven, principled, goal-oriented, analytical, skilled in project management, and effective in stakeholder engagement.
Language Requirements:
Japanese: Business-level proficiency or higher
English: Intermediate-level proficiency or higher
