Product Supply Transformationにおいて、Governance・Strategy・Executionの各領域の一部テーマもしくはワークストリームの構想から実行までをリードし、担当領域におけるエンドツーエンドの成果責任を担う。加えて、重要課題に対する論点設定および選択肢設計を通じて、意思決定に資するプロセス及び構造の設計を主導する。
【成果責任・役割責任】
- 製品供給ネットワーク戦略、ガバナンス運営、KPI管理、BCE等におけるワークストリームの構想及び遂行をリードする
- データ分析および論点整理を通じて、課題・リスク・選択肢を設計・明確化する
- 意思決定に資する論点設定、ストーリー設計、および提案構築を主導する
- 担当領域におけるステークホルダーを巻き込み、意思決定に向けた合意形成プロセスをリードする
- KPI管理、進捗管理、会議体運営の実行を主導する
- 担当領域の課題を特定し、適切にエスカレーションするとともに、解決方針の策定及び実行をリードする
- 組織能力の強化および人材（特に後進）育成を主体的に推進する
- 課題を構造化し、分析結果から論点・選択肢設計を導ける能力
- 複雑な課題に対するプロジェクト設計・推進、業務改善活動の経験
- 基本的な戦略思考および問題解決力
- 高い自律性をもって、担当領域の企画から実行までを推進できる能力
- 関係者との調整・コミュニケーション能力

Skills Required
- Ability to structure problems and derive issues and option designs from analysis
