What You Will Do  

  • Supervise daily custodial operations and assign work to team members. 
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and contract compliance. 
  • Train, coach, and develop custodial employees. 
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. 
  • Monitor equipment, supplies, and workplace safety. 
  • Support employees with disabilities through coaching and workplace guidance. 
  • Communicate regularly with employees and management to ensure operational success. 
  • Help maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Education & Experience 

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  • Two 2+ years of custodial, commercial cleaning, facilities, or environmental services experience. 
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred 

Skills & Abilities 

  • Leadership and employee coaching 
  • Commercial custodial knowledge 
  • Quality inspections and attention to detail 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Customer service mindset 
  • Safety and OSHA awareness 
  • Basic Microsoft Office and mobile technology skills 
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities 
  • Ability to support employees with disabilities 
  • Ability to pass required background screening 
  • Have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy. Requirements include but are not limited to a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving and being at least 25 years old. 
  • Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.

Skills Required
