Job Description
Responsibility
1. Use local language to communicate with local market to develop market opportunities and promote product.
2. Collect and analyze market information, formulate and implement customer sales plans.
3. Obtain customer RFQ, maintain customer relationships and provide services that meet needs.
4. Ensure customer after-sales satisfaction, handle complaints and problem responses, and maintain customer trust in the company and sales staff.
5. Collect feedback for company improvement reference.
6. Need to learn and be familiar with products and company processes.
Experience
5 years BD in Auto EE field, service in Tier 1, Tier2, or OEM
Knowledge
1. Familiar with the Indian automobile industry.
2. Must have experience and relationship with target customers
3. Familiar with the business development process and able to explore customer needs.
4. Being proactive and approachable can make customers feel trustworthy and have influence.
