Thales is seeking a skilled and experienced IVVQ Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient preparation and execution of integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) activities, playing a crucial role in the success of our projects. This position requires a professional who excels in collaborative environments, is analytical and structured, and can effectively solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Define and ensure the overall IVVQ strategy
- Ensure test preparation and execution according to the strategy
- Define the integration tree step-by-step, consistent with the system release plan.
- Identify necessary test equipment, including standard or specialized tools and any specific calibration requirements for each test activity.
- Plan, estimate, monitor, and control IVVQ activities.
- Identify enabling systems required to validate solutions, define operational scenarios, and establish validation criteria to objectively assess solution compliance.
- Satisfy customer expectations through meticulous planning and execution of test campaigns.
- Prepare test campaigns, execute tests, and analyze results.
- Manage the Writing and updating of integration and verification test procedures
- Monitor Test Progress
- Ensure correct verification of requirements
- Lead demonstrations to end customers.
- Able to manage the overall picture – From the integration of the different systems till the FAT and the HAT of the Mission System
- Manage teams’ workload to ensure schedules are being adhered to; monitor the group performance KPIs and perform corrective actions when required
- Responsible for the baseline (budget, schedule, deliverables) definition and execution
- Coordinate IVVQ activities, establishing priorities and integration logical diagrams, conducting tests, analyzing results and transmitting them to development teams
- Tailor the IVVQ environment (process, practices and tools, HSE)
- Coordinate technical fault finding/errors (i.e. JIRA)
Qualifications:
- Master of Engineering degree in Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in engineering (design, development, tests).

- Deep understanding of Engineering Project Management Principles.
