We are inviting you to join the biggest and most experienced Sourcing & Procurement consulting team (+60 professionals) on the Polish market and one of the biggest in CEE. Since more than 15 years our daily bread is leading and supporting the biggest S&P transformations (in all industries) for Polish and international companies. By joining you will be defining and implementing pioneer and winning S&P concepts, strategies, methodologies, and tools. Join us to create the future of S&P.

One of the node of S&P is the Business Solution team responsible for implementing Procurement business solutions. Join us to create the future of Ivalua S&P Team.

THE WORK:

• Work with some of the biggest iValua clients in large global implementation projects.

• Be an integral part of innovative iValua transformation projects.

• Utilize your technical expertise in iValua and other, by designing and configuring features supported by iValua best practice solutions.

• Utilize your industry expertise in the field of iValua solutions to deliver client value as a professional individual and as part of a team.

• Take part in our highly engaged and diverse global network, for collaboration and delivery.

• Help clients’ sustainability agenda through Sourcing & Procurement transformations.

• We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

• Min. 2+ years of hands-on iValua experience in an onshore project role within industry or consulting with an international exposure

• L2,  ideally also L3 certification in any of the following areas S2C, P2P, SQL, Integrations would be a plus

• Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and their business value drivers

• Deep knowledge of Ivalua solution

• Experience working on SQL and other databases

• Experience in web-based software development and software configuration will be an advantage

• Completed the Project Release Manager Badge, would a big plus

• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player

• Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be an asset

• Experience in building strong client relationships and cooperation with a 3rd-party solution providers
