As an ITSM ServiceNow Administrator, you'll be responsible for proactively managing and monitoring ITSM servers to ensure proper operation, including recommended patches and updates. You'll also provide problem management services remotely to track and resolve user problems, manage the rapid progression of incidents from creation to completion, and identify trends to create resolutions for potential and ongoing problems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with internal stakeholders, formatting and disseminating reports, and tracking incident trends.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on problem management and incident resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experince implmenting and supporting an ITIL enterprise
- Experience upgrading and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM platform
- ServiceNow or similiar certification and training (CSA, CIS-ITSM)
- ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification within six months of starting
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Perferred education, Experience, & Skills:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ITIL Practitioner certification (or equivalent experience)
- Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) certification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with other ITSM tools and platforms (e.g. BMC Helix, HP Service Manager)
- Strong knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards related to IT service management
- Experience with trend analysis and reporting
- Certification in ServiceNow ITSM platform (or equivalent experience)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
