Are you our new ITSM Process Owner – Configuration Management Focus?We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ITSM Process Owner to lead and optimise our IT Service Management processes, with a particular focus on Configuration Management. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in ITIL practices and hands-on experience in configuration management process in a dynamic enterprise environment.
What you will do:- Review the as-is process and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Configuration Management process, ensuring accurate and complete data in the CMDB.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure CI relationships and dependencies are well documented and maintained.
- Monitor process performance and compliance, producing regular reports and KPIs.
- Facilitate process-related workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ITIL-based process improvements and governance.
- Support audits and ensure alignment with internal policies and external standards.
- ITIL Foundation certification (Intermediate level is a plus)
- 2–3 years of experience in ITSM roles, preferably in large or complex organisations.
- Proven experience in Configuration Management, including CMDB tools and data modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
It´s a plus:
- Experience with other ITIL processes such as Change, Incident, or Problem Management.
- Knowledge of service mapping and discovery tools.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
