Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for ITSM operational governance for Infrastructure (Hosting, DWS/SD [ad interim], Connectivity [ad interim]) in interlock with owners of infrastructure technologies across all ITSM processes.
Develop, report, monitor, and maintain KPIs related to Infrastructure Governance.
Escalate and interlock to remediate KPIs that are breaching thresholds.
Ensure compliance-related governance is executed by the Infrastructure Team in a timely manner.
Analyze data related to incidents, failed changes, and problem records, ensuring timely resolution by respective technology owners.
Analyze KPI data and ensure SIPs are initiated by the Infrastructure Team.
Check and monitor ITSM process compliance within Infrastructure Services.
Organize integration between AMS, Infrastructure, and SST and ad interim govern ITSM operations of ISRC as well.
KPI
Stable, compliant, secure, and cost‑effective operations measured by availability, performance, and capacity metrics, including continuous cost reductions YoY.
What you’ll bring to the role
Essential Requirements
University degree in Computer Science or comparable education.
10–15 years of IT experience in operations and system management.
More than 10 years of experience in service management or engineering of a global service portfolio across geographies and business areas.
Track record of delivering multinational projects on time, quality, and budget.
Experience negotiating agreements with corporate suppliers in alignment with sourcing.
10 years’ experience in managing managers.
Essential skills include IT Infrastructure Management, IT Service Management Practices (ITIL Foundation), compliance & risk management (GxP, validation, IT control standards), command‑center leadership, strong reasoning & decision‑making skills, long‑term relationship building, and a customer‑service‑first attitude.
Languages: Fluent English, written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements
Documented experience working across IT teams.
Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and SMEs in IT.
