A ServiceNow CMDB Health Administrator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the Configuration Management Database. They monitor key performance metrics, configure remediation tasks for duplicate or stale Configuration Items (CIs), and govern data integrity across the platform.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- Experience administering ServiceNow CMDB and monitoring CMDB health scorecards
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery (scanning and populating CMDB data)
- Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and aligning CI classes
- Experience configuring CMDB thresholds, health groups, and data certification audits
- Experience using ServiceNow CMDB Workspace for governance, access control, and CI relationship management
- Understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes, operating model, roles and responsibilities for Configuration Management
- Ability to reconcile duplicates, correct orphaned records, and remediate stale/outdated CIs
