WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Solution Architect, your mission will be to contribute to the transformation and continuous evolution of the platforms that support the business line.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Collaborate in the design of complex, scalable software solutions and cloud architectures, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements while applying industry standards, patterns, and tools
- Produce high-level and detailed specifications for cloud-based components, services, and integrations, focusing on scalable, secure, and cost-optimized architectures using AWS Cloud services
- Lead the definition and validation of technical requirements for all products, solutions, and features within the domain, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for modernizing legacy systems, adopting serverless, containerized, or event-driven architectures, and leveraging AWS-native tools and services
- Exhibit a proactive mindset and accountability to ensure project deliverables meet performance, security, and operational goals, contributing to the team's overall success and customer satisfaction
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to development teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring best practices are applied throughout the design, implementation, and deployment phases
EXPERIENCE
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture and solutions, specifically with AWS services
- 2 - 3 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure cloud solutions
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions using AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, API Gateway
- Strong knowledge of containerized applications using Docker and orchestration with Amazon EKS
- Expertise in AWS security best practices, including IAM policies, VPC security, encryption (KMS), AWS WAF, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adopt and master new technologies, driving innovation and delivering solutions in complex environments
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Strong understanding of VPC design, subnetting, route tables, and network peering.
Desirable:
- Experience with database management systems
- AWS Solution Architect or Developer certification is a plus.
- Experience in event sourcing technologies such as Kafka is a plus.
- Experience with Agile Development style and tools such JIRA, Confluence.
- Expertise in asynchronous, concurrent, and reactive programming, with strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable, resilient distributed systems.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Availability for occasional travel to countries where we operate for on-site collaboration
