iTeach Schools is a growing community of transformational schools providing high-quality, free education to underprivileged students across Pune, PCMC and Navi Mumbai. We operate nine Grades VIII to X schools and a unique College to Career program to support our student alumni till their first job.

iTeach Mitra is a team of 4 student leaders from iTeach schools and Edu ecosystem representing the 400 student alumni across all iTeach Schools in Navi Mumbai! iTeach Mitra is a bridge between our student alumni and the college-to-career team; theirmajor role is to ensure our student alumni engage in the programs catered under the college-to-career world.

Responsibilities of iTeach Mitra
1. Be a Leader:
- to represent a group of 80+ student alumni, supporting them throughout their college journey by helping them successfully complete college, gain meaningful work experience, and stay actively connected with the alumni community.
2. Student Outreach
- Ensure students attend and benefit from iTeach programs by conducting one-on-one calls, home visits, and other tailored engagement programs.
3. Health Checks
- Collect and systematically track essential student data to monitor progress and well-being.
4. Support Project & Event Execution
- Plan and implement community-building programs such as Career Talks, Industrial Field Visits, Hobby Clubs, Sports Tournaments, Sharing Circles, and the Annual Alumni Fest, fostering a strong support network among students.
5. Community Engagement
- Conduct home visits with Middle-Risk and Low-Risk students and facilitate small group sharing circles and community interactions to strengthen peer
bonds and family engagement.

Paid Opportunity
Stipend - 7000/month.
Commitment - 12 months of Internship starting from 15th Sep 2026
Time - 4.5 hours for 5 Days a week.
