Italy HR Talent Internship | 6 months | Milan
For our office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Human Resources Italy Team. You will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the management side of the HR world dedicated to the retail sector!

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You’ll be in charge of:
Taking part in employer branding activities (events in universities and high schools);
Assisting in special projects focused on development and performance topics for the field-based population (i.e. scholarships);
Supporting in managing recruiting for apprenticeships and junior profiles for the field population (i.e. future Hearing Care Professionals);
Contributing to performance management & learning and development processes (i.e. analysis on turnover and retention);
Managing reporting calls with global and regional colleagues;
You are the right person if you:
Are a graduate student in HR, Economics, or similar
Have an interest in Human Resources.
Speak Italian and English fluently.
Are confident to interact with all levels of the organization.
Are results-oriented with good communication skills.
