また、対話の過程でRed Hat製品やサービスがもたらす価値を訴求し、お客様との長期的なパートナーシップを築くことも重要なミッションです。日本におけるサービスオファリングやメソドロジーの定義、販売戦略の策定からデリバリーまで、新サービス創設のコアメンバーとしての活躍を期待しています。

主な職務内容:

  • 戦略策定とロードマップ立案

    • 経営層や本部長クラスへのヒアリングを通じた経営課題の抽出

    • 中長期的なITロードマップの策定、およびテクノロジーを基盤としたシステム化計画の立案

    • 特に「企業のAI戦略」および「レガシーモダナイゼーション戦略」の策定に注力

  • 構想策定と変革の推進

    • 現状(As-Is)のIT環境把握と、経営課題に基づいた「あるべき姿(To-Be)」の構想策定

    • 全社的な業務プロセス改革(BPR)の推進

    • 最新のIT製品・サービスの継続的な調査と、顧客状況に最適化したソリューションの提案

  • 合意形成と実行支援

    • ステークホルダーとのディスカッションを通じたIT/DX戦略の合意形成

    • RFP(提案依頼書)の作成およびベンダー選定支援

    • ベンダー選定後のPMOとして、プロジェクトの成功に向けた伴走支援

  • ブランディングと組織貢献

    • Red Hatのテクノロジーやサービスが顧客にもたらす価値の言語化と訴求

    • 社内外でのプレゼンテーションや、プレスリリース等のメディア対応

応募資格(スキル・経験)

【必須スキル・経験】

  • コンサルティング実績

    • ビジネスコンサルティングからITソリューションまでを横断する実務経験(10年以上)

    • CXO層とのコミュニケーション、提案、契約獲得、および関係維持の経験(10年以上)

    • 多数のIT/DXプロジェクトを組成し、多様なメンバーと協働した経験。

  • 専門知識とデリバリー能力

    • 企業のAI戦略、またはレガシーモダナイゼーション戦略の策定実績。

    • 最新のソフトウェア開発・運用プロセス(Cloud Native, DevOps等)に関する深い理解

    • PMOとしてのプロジェクト管理経験

    • 特定の業界(製造、通信、金融、省庁など)における深いドメイン知識。

  • マインドセット・言語

    • 論理的思考(Logical Thinking)と、顧客に感動を与える創造的思考(Artist Thinking)の双方を兼ね備えていること

    • 顧客の立場に立った共感力と、経営課題を素早く理解する洞察力

  • 10+ years of experience in business and IT consulting
  • 10+ years of experience communicating with CXO level
  • Experience managing multiple IT/DX projects
  • Experience in formulating corporate AI strategies
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native and DevOps processes
  • Experience as a PMO
  • Deep domain knowledge in specific industries
  • Native-level Japanese
