■職務内容
担当地域である日本及びアジア(シンガポール、韓国、台湾、香港、中国)において、以下のITサポートの業務全般
ITサポートデスクの運営管理、目標設定、PDCAサイクルのマネジメント
ITサポート業務に関わるレポート作成、改善、定期的なマネジメントへの報告
Windows/Mac PC のキッティング業務の計画と実行管理
各種PC機器の資産管理・棚卸に係る計画と実行管理
グローバルのITサポートチーム(US/UK)との連携業務
グローバルの各種ITプログラムの新規導入プロジェクトのリード
US、UK等海外拠点にいるITサポートチームとの定期的な連携、グローバル24時間体制(Follow the sun)の立ち上げ
チームマネジメント、IT サポートチームのマネジメント
20-30人規模の外部ベンダー管理、予算管理、工数管理、業務管理
【必須（MUST）】
4年制大学以上を卒業または同等の資格
ITサービスマネジメントに関わる業務設計・実装・運用管理・改善の経験5年以上
チームのマネジメント経験 5年以上
語学力
英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗が無い方 ( TOEIC730以上が望ましい）
＊グローバル（米国、英国、シンガポール、台湾、韓国、香港、中国など）に存在する各拠点のスタッフと英語でコミュニケーション（メール、電話会議など）する必要があります
【歓迎（WANT）】
以下の資格2つ以上あれば歓迎
ITIL v4 ファンデーション資格、PMP、CMMI、IPA ITサービスマネージャ、認定スクラムマスター
基本情報処理、応用情報技術者試験、MTA, MCSA, ACMT, CompTIA A+
