ITラーニングプログラムは、マイクロソフトの契約社員として最長2年間にわたり、ITの基礎知識とビジネススキルを体系的に習得し、将来のキャリア形成を支援する育成型プログラムです。毎年5月に入社し、マイクロソフト認定資格の取得をはじめ、プロジェクトワークを通じてチームワーク・コミュニケーション・文書作成などの実践的なスキルを磨きます。本プログラムで取得可能なマイクロソフト認定資格は、IT業界のみならず、あらゆる業種において基盤となる知識として高く評価されており、修了者は日本マイクロソフトを含む多様な分野で活躍しています。

就業時間：10:00 ～ 17:00 （休憩1時間含む・週30時間勤務）

月曜日・水曜日・金曜日/クラスルーム形式のトレーニング（出社もしくはリモート）
火曜日・木曜日/終日自主学習（在宅勤務）

Qualifications
＜応募資格＞
・高等学校卒業以上の学歴を有する方
・障害者手帳を取得していること（途中更新可）・公共交通機関により、品川まで通勤が可能であること
・Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teamsなど、マイクロソフト製品の使用経験があること
・ブロードバンドインターネット環境が整えられること
※必須ではありませんが、IT実務経験または英語スキルをお持ちでしたら尚可
