Your Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level incident logging and resolution.
- Provide Service Request Fulfillment for IT services.
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Act as Microsoft Specialist (WIN 10/11 and all Windows Servers OS)
- Provide domain users administration, Active Directory in compliance with company applications.
- Maintain and install hardware devices (Laptops, workstations, printers, etc…)
- Troubleshoot network issues, offer remote support and hardware failure diagnosis.
- Adhere to and promote all applicable official Dennemeyer policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure the adherence to existing policies (ITSM, ITIL, Security)
- Leverage the Dennemeyer official knowledge base in response to incidents and requests to ensure consistency and adherence to established practices.
- Actively participate to the lifecycle management and all End User computers within Dennemeyer including:
- Deployment
- Maintenance
- Renewal
- Disposal Management
- Provide remote user support through appropriate technical tools.
- Support (hardware installation, support and maintenance of software), administration and preventive maintenance of servers
- Develop projects from the beginning, expansion projects, project budgets, supplier contact.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Work in virtualized organizations with international colleagues and end users
Your Profile
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to document all work performed
- Fluency in English with C1 Level; any other language is an asset (ie Mandarin).
- Capable to operate and work in incident/crises mode.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills: ability to interpret complex technical issues.
- Good knowledge of Azure and Intune portals and the ability to navigate them.
- Good knowledge of Exchange, network troubleshooting
- Good team player with a positive attitude in a challenging environment
- Good understanding of ITIL framework, certification is an asset.
- Ability to work internationally in a matrix-managed, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to non-technical people.
- Self-motivated
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell) is an asset.
- Experience in multi-cultural environment is an asset.
