What you will do
The Transformation Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our organizational transformation initiatives. This position involves analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting in the development and implementation of transformation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. This is a remote position.
How you will do it
Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and transformation initiatives.
Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements, technology solutions, and change management strategies.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Support project management activities, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate workshops and discussions aimed at driving change.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business transformation and organizational change.
What you will need
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
Masters degree
Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
