We are looking for a IT Trainee to join our team!
Important information:
- 9 months internship (starts on September 2026, ends on June 2027)
- Full time position (40 hours per week)
- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + Hybrid allowance
Responsibilities - your mission
Finance Systems team:
Manage Service Now tickets related to user support
Manage ChaRM requests for system change
Perform Business Workflows of the Business Processes (SIPOC Diagrams)
Support project activities
Update documentation: SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
Promote and support CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) initiatives
Coordinate and communicate closely with all stakeholders involved
Data & IT Security Team:
Alert Monitoring: Assist in tracking security alerts in several tools.
Initial Triage: Learn to distinguish between genuine threats and false positives.
Playbook Execution: Follow established workflows to respond to routine security events.
Incident Documentation: Help draft technical logs and detailed post-incident reports.
Cross-Team Shadowing: Observe meetings with Legal and IT to learn compliance communication.
Threat Research: Research emerging cyber threats to help refine detection rules.
Metric Support: Help maintain dashboards that track team performance and compliance.
HR Systems:
Build & Automate: Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications, scripts, and tools to support business needs. Contribute to the automation of repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features, enhancements, and technical solutions.
Test & Troubleshoot: Participate in testing automation solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet established quality standards.
Document: Help maintain clear and detailed documentation of automation solutions, processes, and configurations.
Support Users: Assist in preparing training materials for end-users and shadow team members to learn how to offer ongoing support and optimize automated processes.
Compliance: Learn about and help ensure that automation solutions adhere to critical security protocols and regulatory compliance standards (mainly Data Protection regulation).
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;
Relevant degree for the area;
HR Systems: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python knowledge is a plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Integrity;
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
Language: English - Advanced level
Another European language is a plus
