Job Responsibilities:

Prepare yourself for the dynamic field of IT in a comprehensive 24-month trainee program. You can experience our international divisions through several job rotations at different locations in Austria. Explore teams such as Customer Service, Infrastructure & Cloud, Network, Modern Workplace, and more! By building up extensive know-how, we will prepare you to create IT solutions that shape our future.
Regular evaluations and a dedicated mentor will support you throughout the journey, so we can always focus on your strengths and match you with a position that is optimally suited to you after the program.
What We can offer:
During your rotations, you can dive into different teams below, and engage in projects of your interest:
User Experience
  • Support Magna divisions across the globe and handle service requests on-site, remote, or via ticketing.
  • Manage the IT infrastructure, and central services such as Active Directory, print servers, etc.
  • Handle procurement, maintain and install hardware and software.

Infrastructure & Cloud
  • Explore the world of cloud computing and support our cloud environments in AWS and Azure.
  • Gain insights in Infrastructure Monitoring, Identity Management, Cloud Health Management, etc.

Modern Workplace
  • Support our O365 platform for approx. 75k users in different areas, like Mailing, Modern Apps (SharePoint, Visio and Project online), MS Teams (Chat, Teamsites, Video/Audio conferencing, Team Room Systems and Teams Calling) and Managed Workplace Services (all about automated Client Management).

PLM/SES
  • Participate in creation, analysis, resolution, and execution of test cases for product lifecycle management or computer aided Engineering solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain process records, accounts, logs, and other related files.

Network
  • Learn to support customer network systems, as well as their implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide internal pre-/post technical consulting and support.

IT Engineering
  • Get to know our IT Engineering Service Systems such as hardware, software, and user support.
  • Participate in the deployment and expansion of Client Server technologies, including monitoring, refinement, and researching solutions to existing problems.
  • Work with our engineers on systems and application stability, security, performance, and capacity management, as well as documentation and troubleshooting.

What You need:
  • You must hold an IT or technical bachelor's degree/diploma, or a HTL degree with focus on the IT area; alternatively, you have similar work experiences or training.
  • Up to 1 year experience in the IT field.

Work Environment
Regular travel: up to 10% of the time.

Additional Information
For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of EUR 35.000,-.
