Job Responsibilities:
In dieser Rolle unterstützt du das globale Procurement-Team durch die effiziente Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme, koordinierst technische Einkaufsprojekte und übernimmst das Vertrags- und Lizenzmanagement für zentrale SRM-Applikationen. Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Projektmanagement, Einkauf, Application Management und unseren Magna-Kunden.
Deine Aufgaben

• Erarbeitung projektspezifischer Konfigurationen für globale CVM Einkaufsprojekte und Bereitstellung geeigneter Einkaufsapplikationen für die Projektteams
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen zur Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts
• Ausarbeitung vollständiger Angebotsunterlagen für externe Magna Kunden zur Nutzung unserer SCM Systeme inklusive systemischer Dokumentation
• Verantwortung für die gesamte kommerzielle Verrechnung (Rechnungserstellung, Rechnungslegung, Mahnung) in enger Abstimmung mit der Kundenlieferantenbuchhaltung

Wonach wir suchen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische und/oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH, TU)
• Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in der Automobilindustrie von Vorteil
• Sehr gute IT Anwendungskenntnisse von Vorteil sowie MS Office Kenntnisse erforderlich
• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

Dein Profil zählt
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.228,-- und € 3.803,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).
