Job DescriptionAre you ready to discover the role of an IT Technical Support in Netcompany?
As an IT Technical Support you will:
- Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues.
- Perform regular hardware and software maintenance.
- Install cables and configure systems.
- Document system addresses and configurations.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify problems.
- Communicate with end users and management effectively.
- Ensure security and functionality with temporary fixes.
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Expertise in workstation and peripheral support (Windows 10 and above).
- Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
- User-focused and good communicative skills
- Proficient in patch management and IPAM systems.
- Fluent in English and French (minimum C1 level) for calls and written requests.
It would be considered an advantage if you have least one of the following certifications:
- Windows 10 MCSA
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- IT Helpdesk Professional (or equivalent)
- Google IT Support Professional Certificate
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
- (Advanced) Windows troubleshooting for IT
- Call Centre Associate Certified (or equivalent)
- Certified Network Cabling Design Professional (CNSDP)
