We’re looking for an IT Technical Specialist (macOS Support) to join us at Telia.
I’m Tomas Niparavičius, leading Endpoint Technologies Team and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on seamless management of Windows, macOS and mobile devices, applications and desktop virtualization platform as well as application packaging and delivery.
What you’ll do:
Innovate and manage macOS environment with top-notch end-user support. You will:
Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline macOS workflows (macOS patching; application packaging).
Create processes, or insights to improve macOS user experience.
Consult stakeholders on best practices and security configurations implementation for macOS.
Provide exceptional end-user support for macOS-related issues.
What will help you thrive in this role:
This position could be a great fit for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. You also need:
Experience in macOS support and administration
Knowledge of macOS operating systems, tools, and applications
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex macOS issues
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
For this position knowledge of JAMF/ MS Intune or other MDM solutions as well as experience with Bash scripting would be very beneficial.

Monthly salary range for this position - 2680-4000 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
