What you’ll achieve
As a IT Technical Services Senior Analyst, you will work in a team supporting production operations. You will work in a central shift 10:00 AM to 18:00 PM but being flexible for supporting Monday or afternoon shifts when required.
You will:
• Support production and production overtime in terms of hardware and software required.
• Participate on UATs and PITs when required.
• Be the local hands for centralized teams as cybersecurity, network, telecom.

Essential Requirements
• Windows knowledge at support level.
• Hardware knowledge for supporting it.
• Standard software as MS Office knowledge.
• 3-4 years experience on supporting users.
• Polish language native or advanced speaker.
Desirable Requirements
• Knowledge of network basics.
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level.
