- Partner with Business Partners and the Manufacturing Solution Delivery Team throughout the project lifecycle, from intake to execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and key project deliverables.
- Support teams in defining business requirements, architecture documentation, and technical designs.
- Plan and facilitate project meetings, Steering Committee reviews, and tollgate activities.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and overall financial performance.
- Capture and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
- Act as the escalation point for project-related issues and delivery challenges.
- 5+ years of experience managing large IT projects in global environments.
- Experience delivering projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of end-to-end project and program delivery across multiple geographies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions.
- Experience managing IT project finances, including SAP purchasing and budget control.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPPM, Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint, combined with knowledge of ITIL 4, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
