What will you do?

The IT Technical Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and applications. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance operational efficiency.

 

How will you do it?

  • Administer all IT systems and recommend efficient modifications to systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost of all operations.
  • Provide advanced technical expertise and resolve high priority issues crossing technology domains.
  • Serve as Level 2 support for internal customers with issues related to IT infrastructure and application services.
  • Perform system monitoring, audits, updates to ensure the proper functioning of IT systems. Make recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and maintain the security of the company’s computer systems. Comply with SOX controls and ensure compliance with IT internal policies.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of IT systems and databases using programming code in Visual Basic, C#, HTML, JavaScript, VB6, .Net Framework, SQL, ZPL (zebra labeling code)

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • +5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP, QMS, and MES applications, such as SAP, PLEX, Oracle/
  • Bilingual Spanish and English - Highly required
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in software development using programming languages such as C#, VB, HTML, JavaScript, SQL.
  • Experience in database management including SSIS development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
