We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Team Lead to guide our cloud-first infrastructure team and advance our Zero Trust security initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, a passion for secure and seamless user experiences, and the ability to communicate optimally across technical and executive audiences. You will lead a team of engineers, drive scalable cloud operations, and serve as a key liaison between IT and the broader business.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of IT engineers focused on cloud infrastructure and endpoint management.
- Own and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint environments.
- Implement and evolve Zero Trust security principles across identity, device, and access layers.
- Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals and communicate initiatives in business-friendly language.
- Foster the user experience by proactively engaging with end users and ensuring secure, frictionless access to tools and services.
- Drive automation and efficiency in cloud operations and endpoint management.
- Monitor and report on system health, security posture, and compliance metrics.
Required:
- Shown experience leading IT or cloud infrastructure teams in a modern, cloud-first environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, Endpoint security and compliance (Zero Trust, Defender for Endpoint)
- Superb communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy in team and user interactions.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, SC-300)
- Experience implementing Zero Trust frameworks (e.g., NIST, Microsoft Zero Trust Maturity Model)
- Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring, automation, and compliance tools
- Background in cybersecurity, governance, or IT service management
