Your Role
As the IT Team Lead, you’ll be part of emnify’s growth journey, supporting our internal teams and evolving our IT infrastructure to the highest level. In this hands-on position, you will lead a small team, ensuring a customer-centric approach while managing the technical environment and contributing to our company’s growth. As a go-to resource for our stakeholders, you’ll provide strategic and operational IT expertise, troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing systems, and implementing best practices. This role includes rotational on-call responsibilities.

Your Impact
- Elevate IT Standards: Strategically manage and troubleshoot IT systems across hardware, software, cloud and network layers, setting high standards for infrastructure security and resilience.
- Optimize IT Infrastructure: Drive the implementation of device and data management solutions (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Mosyle), continuously improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address IT needs, creating a seamless experience across departments and ensuring alignment with tech strategies.
- Lead and Mentor: Support and guide your team members, fostering a supportive environment, and mentoring on best practices for technical excellence and customer service.
- Enhance IT Processes: Drive automation in onboarding and offboarding processes, improve A/V setup in conference rooms, and implement disaster recovery protocols to ensure smooth operations and data security.
Your Skills
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a small IT team with a hands-on approach to both technical and team responsibilities.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft-based environments, including Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Windows/Mac/Linux device management solutions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and network issues, with a strategic approach to continuous improvements.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and foster a high-quality user experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to evolving needs, and keep the team aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
