IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a talented and professional IT Recruiter to sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events in order to attract and hire the best talent in the market.

Technical skills 

• Sourcing and recruiting of technical profiles
• Competency-based interviewing

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Psychology or Human Resources or equivalent is desired.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
• Proficiency in sourcing through social media, resume databases, ATS platforms, and professional networks.
• Strong customer service orientation and a highly proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Experience using various interview techniques and assessment tools.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Fast learner with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term recruiting strategies while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates and talent communities.
• Partner with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Design and manage end-to-end recruiting processes tailored to each role (e.g., screening, assessments, technical interviews).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and subject matter experts.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices.
• Contribute to projects and strategies focused on strengthening our talent pool and employer brand.
