Malvern Treatment Centers is currently seeking a Full Time Information Technology Systems Support Specialist to work out of our site located in Malvern, PA. The IT Systems Support Specialist, will be responsible for providing front line support for Malvern Health's desktop, telecommunications and systems infrastructure. Responsibilities include resolving technical support issues while documenting problems accurately and troubleshooting issues that may arise; create tickets for support desk requests via phone, email, or in person, troubleshooting questions within scope of the position when possible; coordinate new set-ups; monitor the status of support desk tickets ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
This position is a full-time benefit eligible position offering a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Although this position will be based out of our Malvern site, it will require occasional (25%) travel to other Malvern locations.
Summary of Essential Position Functions:

Manage resolution of inbound technical support needs at Malvern locations, email, and web-based support requests quickly, professionally and efficiently.

Handle multiple IT requests each day and communicate within the department on daily task list

Troubleshoot desktop, phone and location application issues

Setup new PCs including systems configuration and application installs

Provide backup and support for department leads
-
Represents organization and fosters a positive atmosphere for employees.

Technical/Computer Skills: Excellent customer service skills. IT troubleshooting skills. Knowledge working with MS Word, Excel and Outlook required. Networking experience a plus. Strong time management, organizational and technical skills. Strong ability to work independently but within a team environment. Previous help desk experience a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, crawl, bend as IT equipment may be in hard-to-reach locations. Lift, push, pull, carry up to 40 pounds.
