How You 'll Make an Impact
- Perform 24/7 monitoring of IT systems, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Investigate and resolve reported issues, manage incidents and service requests, and maintain compliance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and international partners (Visa, Mastercard, UPI, American Express) for system and transaction support.
- Submit and track end-of-day job streams, oversee financial transaction processing, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system activities.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or other relevant fields.
- Advanced user of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
- Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship.
- Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates).
