Overview

This position will work closely with the Fulfillment Centers (FC), Business Analysts, Software Developers, and other technology-based positions to help the FCs increase operational efficiency. Reviewing and evaluating current processes and solutions and bringing up new ways that technology can help the operations. Come put your mark on how we run fulfillment. This position combines the proactive development of ideas and the overall support of the fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology in the Fulfillment Centers (Scanners, Printers, Wi-Fi)
• Bring new technology ideas to the table and run Proof of Concepts with other team members (robots, RFID)
• Develop technology forecasting plans for warehouse equipment
• Develop vendor relationships for support and future technological needs
• Create and maintain technical support procedures and documentation
• Provide onsite support in Kansas and remote support for warehouses in FL, MA, and NV
• Take part in the 24x7 on-call rotation

Education

AS or BS or equivalent experience; and 4 plus years related help desk or fulfillment experience.
