Job Title: IT Systems Engineer
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico, Hybrid
This is a hybrid position, which may require the ability to occasionally be onsite in our Guadalajara, Mexico office as needed. Candidates must be based in Guadalajara.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Clari + Salesloft are building the next era of enterprise revenue — one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we’re building the industry’s first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.
With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won — the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.
Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Clari + Salesloft, our IT Systems Engineer will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing IT team and will be instrumental in building new systems and solutions that enable our employees to do their jobs efficiently and effectively.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for engineering systems that securely and effectively manage authentication and authorization of access to end user systems. Specifically, you will:
- Support administration of our IAM stack, including Okta (SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning), working closely with senior team members on more complex identity workflows and integrations
- Administer and support core collaboration and productivity platforms — Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related SaaS tools — including user management, configuration, and integrations
- Support endpoint management across macOS and Windows fleets using MDM tooling (e.g., Jamf, Intune), including device enrollment, configuration profiles, patching, and compliance enforcement
- Manage the lifecycle of SaaS applications, from onboarding and configuration through decommission, in partnership with business stakeholders
- Contribute to automation efforts that reduce manual toil across provisioning, access reviews, and license management
- Triage and resolve escalated IT issues from the Helpdesk team, serving as the technical escalation path for access, device, and application problems
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
- Identify gaps in process and tooling and bring ideas for improvement to the team
In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to build the IT solutions that help an incredible company scale. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a bias-towards-action, results-oriented, critical thinker and builder who is laser-focused on finding and fixing problems through technology. Specifically, you will work closely with stakeholders like our HR Tech team, Security team, PMO, and Helpdesk teams to learn where pain points exist and deliver solutions that meet end user needs.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to learn more, do more, and become more, then becoming an IT Systems Engineer is the career path for you!

- Some experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, or equivalent) for device management and compliance
- Comfort working across multiple SaaS platforms and managing vendor relationships at an operational level
- Experience using APIs or no-code tools to automate manual tasks
- Good documentation habits — you write things down and keep them current
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed and eager to grow; comfortable asking for help and ramping quickly in unfamiliar areas
- Relevant certifications are a plus: Okta Certified Professional, Google Workspace Administrator, or Slack Certified Admin
