Key Responsibilities:

Designs, Develops and Implements small to medium-scale automation solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and accuracy of day-to-day operations across infrastructure environments. Prepares and maintains documentation of system configurations, workflows, and technical procedures for assigned systems or environments. Executes maintenance and monitoring activities to ensure system stability, availability, and performance. Contributes to the creation and maintenance of functional and technical specifications for assigned systems or components. Installs, configures, and integrates hardware, software, and infrastructure components across on-premises and cloud environments. Creates and Maintains operational processes, identifies recurring issues, and implements corrective actions to optimize stability and efficiency within defined standards. Troubleshoots, monitors and resolves system and infrastructure issues using diagnostic tools and established processes. Designs and Implements system security measures, data backup procedures, and redundancy configurations according to defined standards. Conducts regular health checks, verifies backup integrity, and supports recovery operations to ensure system resilience and availability. Analyzes trends to identify potential performance issues and contributes to capacity planning activities under guidance. Implements routine adjustments to optimize resource utilization. Works with engineers, operations teams, reliability teams, product managers, and architects to support the integration of hardware, software, and infrastructure components. Modern Development Practices - Applies modern engineering practices and tools—such as Agile/DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code—to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and reduce risk across the SDLC. Solution Design - Translate business requirements into integrated designs, architectures, patterns, and system interactions that deliver customer value and align with enterprise standards and subject-matter platforms. System Architecture- Creates and evolves architecture system blueprints developing reusable patterns and roadmaps to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and long-term efficiency.
