- Administer and support core infrastructure, including VMware, Microsoft 365, Dell servers, and Cisco networking
- Maintain system performance, availability, and reliability across business-critical environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Support adherence to regulatory and company standards, including ITAR and CMMC
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and access controls
- Assist with risk identification and mitigation efforts
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Support implementation of security best practices and policies
- Assist with system monitoring, patching, and vulnerability management
- Partner with internal or external resources on security initiatives as needed
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
- Support evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal users and team members
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and scalability
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience strongly considered
- Proven experience administering IT infrastructure in a manufacturing or similar operational environment
- Strong working knowledge of systems such as VMware, Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Dell servers, and Cisco networking
- Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., ITAR, CMMC) is a plus
- Exposure to cybersecurity practices is helpful but not required
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware)
- Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus, but not required

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Proven experience in administering IT services and infrastructure in a manufacturing or electronics environment
- Experience in cybersecurity and implementing security policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity strategies and tools
