Aristotle is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for managing IT systems and software and will report directly to the IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior support to customers and staff with application issues
- Diagnose and trouble-shoot a wide variety of hardware, network, and software problems
- Assist in the maintenance and upgrade Aristotle IT systems
- Monitor systems on a daily basis providing feedback to IT personnel
- Update and develop network documentation
- Develop and maintain vulnerability management processes, procedures, and documentation aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Produce actionable reports and metrics to inform stakeholders of vulnerability posture and remediation progress.
- Utilize Microsoft Intune for managing endpoint security, compliance policies, software deployment, patch management, and security updates.
- Assist with companywide security programs
Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000/year
- 2 (or) 4 year degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related area
- 6 years in a technology role
- Ability to support customer and staff with application issues quickly and efficiently
- Experience with the following:
- Windows Active Directory/Entra
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Windows Desktop 10-11 & Server 2012/2016/2019
- Experience trouble-shooting network connectivity
- Microsoft Intune/Security Center
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V
- API / Powershell Scripting / Programming knowledge
- Experience in Data Center or similar environments
- Should understand switching, firewall and general networking configurations
- Outstanding customer service skills, including interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Must possess a patient, positive, customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks; ability to multi-task; detail oriented
- Must be a team player
- Transportation is required
- Will be expected to work in the DC office on a daily basis and take regular trips to our primary data center in DC.
