A successful IT System Administrator supports our IT infrastructure, enterprise software systems, and provides helpdesk support to end users.

A successful IT System Administrator has overall general exposure to many IT systems administrator functions, who is willing to learn as they go to ensure Conax is successfully supported when it comes to our IT infrastructure and enterprise software systems. Responsibilities include provisioning and management of server hardware and software, virtualization, networking (WAN/LAN/wireless), storage, information security and data protection, print services, telephone and conferencing tools, Active Directory, and Office 365 services. This position also provides helpdesk support to end users.

We are looking for someone who has is Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience, and someone who above all can and will exemplify our core values of values integrity, commitment, innovative thinking, customer service, and teamwork. ERP administration skills are desirable. Odoo ERP skills highly desirable. IT experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. This position requires the associate to site on-site at our Buffalo, NY facility.

Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. Salary range for this role is $66,000 - $97,000 annually based upon experience.
