  • Continuously eliminate friction and manual work by introducing scripts, workflows, and lightweight process improvements.
  • Own and administer internal AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) and help roll out new AI-powered workflows and applications to improve employee productivity and efficiency.

What you'll bring:

  • 4–7 years of experience in IT systems administration, IT operations, or corporate IT within a SaaS-heavy, cloud-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints at scale using MDM tools and administering identity providers such as Okta.
  • Proven ability to build onboarding/offboarding workflows, automate manual processes, and write clear documentation for non-technical users.
  • Prior experience leading or coordinating junior staff, contractors, or vendors, with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Familiarity with rolling out productivity tools, including light ownership or administration of internal AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) and supporting employee adoption through training and enablement.

You'll be great if you have:

  • Experience with: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Rippling, AWS, Azure AD, Zscaler, Netskope
  • Experience with Okta Workflows and Google Workspace automation (e.g., GAM)
