Als Teil unseres BizTX-Teams verbindest du den Standort Neuenegg mit der globalen IT von Twinings-Ovomaltine und der Associated British Foods (ABF) Gruppe. Du sorgst dafür, dass zentrale Services lokal funktionieren und im Alltag echten Impact entfalten. So leistest du, oft im Hintergrund, einen entscheidenden Beitrag zu stabilen Prozessen, hoher Qualität sowie Sicherheit und einer leistungsfähigen Produktion.
Was du tun wirst
- Betrieb: Du stellst den stabilen Betrieb der lokalen IT sicher; von Workplace-Technologien bis zu produktionskritischen Systemen
- Koordination: Du bist als lokale Eskalationsstelle die zentrale Ansprechperson vor Ort und koordinierst Incidents mit globalen Teams und externen Partnern
- Business Partnering: Du unterstützt Produktion, Engineering und Business bei IT-Themen und übersetzt Anforderungen in funktionierende Lösungen
- Projekte & Changes: Du begleitest Projekte, Rollouts und Changes und stellst sicher, dass neue Technologien im Alltag greifen
- Systembetreuung: Du betreust und wartest lokale Anwendungen und Infrastruktur (Hands-on & Hands-and-Eyes)
- Governance: Du stellst sicher, dass Systeme dokumentiert, sicher und compliant betrieben werden
- Weiterentwicklung: Du bringst dich aktiv in Verbesserungen ein und entwickelst unsere IT-Services weiter
- Pikett: Du übernimmst im Team einen rotierenden Pikettdienst (erweiterte Bürozeiten) zur Sicherstellung des IT-Betriebs ausserhalb der Arbeitszeiten.
Was du mitbringst
- Ausbildung: Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (Systemtechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer System Engineer / IT Operations Rolle mit
- Technologien: Du hast Praxis mit Microsoft-Technologien (M365, Windows, AD; Azure von Vorteil)
- Know-how: Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis von Infrastruktur, Netzwerk und IT-Security
- Umfeld: Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in einem Produktions- oder Industrieumfeld
- Arbeitsweise: Du hast eine starke Kundenorientierung und arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und mit Ownership
- Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst klar und gerne mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Sprachen: Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Skills Required
- Completed education in IT (system technology) or equivalent qualification
- Several years' experience in a System Engineer / IT Operations role
- Practical experience with Microsoft technologies (M365, Windows, Active Directory)
- Experience with Azure
- Good understanding of infrastructure, networking and IT security
- Experience in a production or industrial environment
- Strong customer orientation, structured and solution-oriented working style with ownership
- Clear communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Very good German and English language skills
