Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents related to Windows systems, servers, endpoints, networks, and business applications.
- Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, endpoint management tools, and related enterprise services.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and process improvements.
- Evaluate, design, and implement IT solutions according to business needs and internal standards.
- Advise internal stakeholders on IT solutions, equipment, system integration, and technical requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT standards, documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with local and global IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers.
- Act as an escalation point for more complex technical issues and support continuous improvement within the IT environment.
- Provide remote support for systems, applications, and IT installations across different locations when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a System Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, Desktop Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise IT environments.
- Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience with endpoint management, software deployment, patching, user administration, and device configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and provide clear solutions.
- Experience working with ticketing systems, incident management, and ITIL-based processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with local and remote teams.
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
