Job DescriptionFor Mondial Relay Supply chain domain, we are looking for an analyst to cover the scope of the 2 teams that belong to the domain. Those 2 teams are in charge of development and maintenance of each software involved in tracking event collection and integration, parcel status update and manifest, and all logistic applications used to sort, track and ship parcels over 50 depots and hubs through all Mondial Relay market (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherland and Luxembourg).
As a pivotal member of our team, you'll take on the challenge of:
- Continuous improvement on system stability and availability
- Responsible of ticket backlog for Supply chain domain, point of contact for any business issue, incident follow-up and communication.
- Functional and technical analysis across different applications and system of the domain. Including log analysis, Database
- Documentation, process and monitoring enrichment for engineering and oncall teams.
- Provide feedback and input to backlog to engineering team in order to improve the system.
- Deep understanding of business processes around Supplychain, tools implementation and usage.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, reactivity, excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a similar position, preferably in the logistics/supply chain area.
- Technical knowledge such as log analysis with Elastic/Kibana, SQL for checking data in databases, and using Datadog & Dynatrace to check and build/improve monitors. API controls and use with Postman.
- Basic Python scripting.
- Take one step back from past issues and be proactive to identify/solve problems.
- Ticket and priority management.
- Fluency in English and French (spoken & written).
