Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT System Analyst to join our team. As an IT System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems that meet our organization's needs and drive business efficiency. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Designing and developing efficient IT solutions to address business needs;
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders;
- Creating detailed system specifications, flowcharts, and diagrams;
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure proper implementation of IT solutions;
- Developing and maintaining system documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in IT systems analysis and design methodologies;
- Excellent communication and documentation skills;
- Experience with data modeling and business process mapping;
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, or CBAP) are a plus;
- Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners.
