DEUTSCH
Die Position des IT System Administrators (m/w/d) stellt den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb aller IT Systeme im Werk sicher. Dazu zählen die Administration der Systeme, die Koordination von Installationen, die Steuerung externer IT Dienstleister sowie die Durchführung von First und Second Level Usersupport im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
Als zentrale IT Schnittstelle unterstützt die Rolle alle Fachbereiche bei IT relevanten Fragestellungen, bearbeitet Störungen und Anfragen in enger Abstimmung mit den Anwendern und arbeitet eng mit dem DAUCH IT Team sowie externen IT Partnern zusammen.

The position of IT System Administrator (m/f/d) ensures the stable and secure operation of all IT systems at the plant. This includes system administration, coordination of installations, management of external IT service providers, and the provision of first and second level support for Associates in daily operations.
Acting as the central IT interface, the position supports all departments in IT related matters, resolves incidents and requests in close coordination with users, and works closely with the DAUCH IT team as well as external IT partners.

• Administration und Weiterentwicklung aller im Netzwerk eingebundenen Server, Clients und Drucker zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT‑Betriebs
• Betreuung und Überwachung der aktiven und passiven Netzwerkkomponenten inklusive Fehleranalyse und Optimierung
• Anlage, Pflege und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten sowie Zugriffs- und Berechtigungsstrukturen
• Qualifizierter First‑ und Second‑Level‑Support für Mitarbeitende im Produktions‑ und Office‑Umfeld
• Strukturierte Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Incidents über das zentrale IT‑Ticketsystem
• Aktive Mitarbeit sowie eigenständige Leitung von IT‑Projekten, z. B. bei Systemeinführungen oder Optimierungen
• Beschaffung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hard‑ und Software gemäß technischen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen
• IT‑seitige Betreuung im Produktionsumfeld
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sowie Umsetzung der IT‑Richtlinien und Standards der DAUCH Gruppe

• Administration and continuous development of all servers, clients, and printers connected to the network to ensure stable IT operations
• Support and monitoring of active and passive network components, including troubleshooting and optimization
• Creation, maintenance, and management of user accounts as well as access and authorization structures
• Qualified first- and second-level support for employees in both production and office environments
• Structured handling of requests and incidents via the central IT ticketing system
• Active participation in and independent leadership of IT projects, e.g. system implementations or optimizations
• Procurement, installation, and commissioning of hardware and software in line with technical and commercial requirements
• IT-related support in the production environment
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of IT policies and standards of the DAUCH Group

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare IT‑Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
• Ausgeprägte Service‑ und Lösungsorientierung sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit im operativen IT‑Alltag
• Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung
• Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit IT‑Kollegen, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Client‑Betriebssystemen sowie in der Administration virtueller Server- und Speichersysteme
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken, idealerweise SQL und Oracle
• Solide Kenntnisse gängiger Netzwerktopologien sowie aktiver und passiver Netzwerkkomponenten
• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld

ENGLISH

• Successfully completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or a comparable IT qualification with relevant professional experience
• Strong service and solution orientation combined with high reliability and resilience in day-to-day IT operations
• Structured and independent working style with a high level of personal responsibility
• Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working collaboratively with IT colleagues, specialist departments, and external partners
• Very good knowledge of client operating systems as well as administration of virtual server and storage systems
• Experience working with databases, ideally SQL and Oracle
• Solid knowledge of common network topologies as well as active and passive network components
• Confident German and English skills, spoken and written, for collaboration in an international environment
