In Aargau, you will support Swiss banks and financial institutions in providing their customers with secure and reliable card solutions for digital and physical transactions. This includes a comprehensive range of innovative card solutions made from more sustainable materials, as well as metal cards, biometric cards, and cards with voice support. In addition to our wide range of services related to traditional cards, we also offer a broad selection of digital services for banking and payment solutions. Your Mission
Operate, monitor, and maintain ICT services across complex, heterogeneous environments
Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, initiating escalations and fallback procedures when needed
Execute and validate recovery, restart, and restore processes to ensure system availability
Monitor system performance and workload, and implement tuning and optimization measures
Enforce information security standards and manage data backup processes
Drive and support IT infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and expansions
Support users and development teams, maintain system documentation, and deliver 2nd/3rd level support
What We Are Looking For
Bring a completed qualification in IT system engineering or platform development, along with at least 2 years of experience in complex IT environments
Strong knowledge of networking environments such as Cisco or Palo Alto
Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and solid knowledge of networking, firewalls, and IDS management
Adapt flexibly to changing assignments and operational demands
Demonstrate quick comprehension, resilience, and the ability to work independently with strong communication and execution skills
Act with a customer-focused, proactive mindset, collaborate effectively in teams, and communicate confidently in German and English
