All Lines Technology is seeking an IT Support Technician who is knowledgeable with Windows operating systems to handle level 2 issues. This is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Network issues
- Active Directory maintenance
- AV/speakers/conference room/microphone troubleshooting
Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
- 2-4 years IT troubleshooting experience in large environment
- Windows operating system, specifically, Windows 10
- OS X and iOS knowledge is a plus
- Imaging Windows laptops using Microsoft Deployment Tools
- Manual software installs
