As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer & Systems Specialist to join our support team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients experience seamless functionality with our software products.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for users seeking technical assistance, providing support with a calm and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and tools.
  • Guide users through step-by-step problem-solving processes and identify the best solutions.
  • Escalate complex, unresolved issues to the appropriate higher-level support or external vendors when necessary.
  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of core infrastructure technologies.
  • Develop and maintain scripts or automations on IT-related platforms to streamline daily operations.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements to support procedures and internal processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2 years of proven experience in a Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Junior SysAdmin role.
  • Basic scripting/automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash) is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware) and Backup solutions (Veeam).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a calm and patient demeanor
